This unique 2 bedroom apartment + loft can be home for 6 to 8 people. Fully Air Conditioned in the living room and bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, with all utensils, a dishwasher and an oven. There is a separate living/dining room. The sofa makes up into a queen bed and the dining room has a table that seats 6 to 8.

The master bedroom is a loft overlooking the living dining room, featuring a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into 2 twins. The loft over the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a large bathroom with shower.

There is tons of closet space for you to store luggage and clothing. No more tripping over the suitcases. You can unpack, settle in and enjoy living in Rome... all within a stone's throw of the Vatican.

The apartment building has an elevator - there are however 6 steps down and then 6 more up to the apartment - no easy wheelchair access.

The location is 100 metres from the Vatican. It is 1.5 blocks from Piazza Risorgimento which is a major transportation hub for buses, trams and taxis and then the same distance in the opposite direction from the Ottaviano Metro station. Our office is a short 2 blocks away.

We provide a pre-paid cell phone but you will have to purchase additional pay-as-you-go credit if you need it. We can also give you a contact number in Rome for your family to call before you arrive. We have pre-programmed the cell with our office number. You can contact us at any time for any help you need during your stay.

Additional nights are available for €200 per night. Minimum stay is 4 nights.

Cleaning at the end of your stay €50

Deposit of €200 in advance.

€1500 per week, full occupancy.

AIRPORT PICK-UP & TRANSFERS
We can arrange a PRIVATE TRANSFER service from/to airport (Ciampino or Fiumicino) at €50 up to 4 persons and €60 up 7 persons, luggage included. The driver will wait for you at the Arrival Terminal and will drive you directly to the apartment.
